What information we collect

Account information you provide when signing up to use the Sustainability Suite (name, email, organisation).

Production data you upload (vehicle records, fuel data, and similar) -- used to generate sustainability reports.

Error and performance data via Sentry, only when consent is granted.

Sentry uses session storage internally for error deduplication while active; no persistent tracking cookies are set by Sentry.

Third-party services

Sentry -- error and performance monitoring, gated behind analytics consent. Data is sent to sentry.io, a US-based service operated by Functional Software Inc. dba Sentry.

Vercel -- hosting and edge network. Pages and API routes are served via Vercel infrastructure.

Anthropic -- AI processing for Suite features that use Claude. Where applicable, data submitted to those features is processed by Anthropic.

Consent -- for Sentry analytics and error monitoring.
