Collect, process, and review
1
Log each fuel receipt
The transport coordinator enters the date, station, vehicle, fuel type, and quantity in litres. Vehicle labels are remembered for autocomplete on repeat entries.
2
Fuel type is recorded explicitly
Petrol, diesel, HVO, biodiesel blends, CNG, LPG, and electric charging are all supported. The type determines the emission factor — not a default assumption.
3
Totals contribute to the footprint
Each receipt adds to the production's vehicle fuel total. The export covers all receipts logged through the shoot, in the same Albert format as Crew Transport.

WHY IT MATTERS
Many productions run their own vehicles without fleet management software. Fuel consumption for these vehicles is estimated or omitted from submissions as a result. This tool captures the actual fuel type and quantity from the evidence that already exists — the pump receipt — without requiring new fleet infrastructure. The fuel-type distinction matters: a vehicle on B100 produces roughly 88% less lifecycle CO₂e than the same vehicle on mineral diesel.
