HOW IT WORKS

Collect, process, and review

1

Upload the crew roster once

HR uploads a CSV with crew postcodes. No names — just postcodes and an opaque reference ID per crew member. Done once per production.
2

Log parking locations per shoot day

The production coordinator enters parking locations — manually, by CSV, or from call sheets. Each date with a parking entry triggers commute calculations for every rostered crew member.
3

Footprint grows automatically

As shoot days are logged, commute totals accumulate. No individual crew interaction required at any point.

WHY IT MATTERS

Crew travel is routinely the second-largest transport category in an Albert submission, and the most often missing. Productions have never had a practical way to capture it without asking every crew member to log their own daily commute — a level of friction that never worked in practice. This tool shifts the collection onto HR and the coordinator, who already have the data, and removes crew from the loop entirely.
